Terms of Service

Purchasing a product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product on your own devices for personal use only.

You may not:

• Share, resell, rent, sublicense, upload, redistribute, or copy our products;
• Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from our products where prohibited by law;
• Bypass licensing, activation, or security measures.

Breaching these terms may result in suspension or termination of your license.

Performance depends on your hardware, Windows version, drivers, network environment, game settings, and other factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee any specific increase in FPS, reduction in ping, system stability improvement, or other performance outcome.

Our products may modify Windows, network, registry, and performance-related settings.

Before using our products, we strongly recommend creating a system restore point and backing up important data.

Some security software may flag optimization tools due to the changes they make to system settings. You are responsible for deciding whether to allow or use the software.

You are also responsible for complying with the rules, terms, and policies of any game, platform, or service you use.

Use of our products is at your own risk.

While we take reasonable care in developing our products, every computer system is different. Changes made by our products may have unintended effects depending on your hardware, software, drivers, operating system, or configuration.

You accept responsibility for creating backups, restore points, and taking other reasonable precautions before making changes to your system.

By purchasing or using our products, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for reviewing the compatibility requirements listed on the product page before purchasing.

We do not guarantee compatibility with unsupported hardware, software, operating systems, or future updates made by third parties.

We provide assistance relating to product access, installation guidance, and basic usage.

We do not guarantee advanced troubleshooting, custom system optimization, remote support, or support for third-party software issues.

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.

Except where required by law, our products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of data, game progress, profits, business opportunities, or accounts.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability is limited, at our option, to:

• Re-supplying the product;
• Repairing the product; or
• Refunding the amount paid for the product.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses, revoke access to products, refuse future purchases, or deny support where we reasonably believe a purchase involves:

• Fraudulent activity;
• Unauthorized payment methods;
• Chargebacks;
• Payment disputes;
• Abuse of our services.

All software, branding, content, graphics, documentation, and other materials provided by Asterion Tweaks remain our intellectual property or the property of our licensors.

You must not copy, rebrand, distribute, or claim ownership of any part of our products.

We may suspend or terminate your license and access to our products if:

• You breach these terms;
• You engage in unlawful activity;
• You misuse our services or support channels;
• You obtain products through unauthorized payment methods.

Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to us.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
